A tremendous feature of COMSTAR wireless is that the batteries charge externally from the headsets so they can be replaced in the field when necessary. The multi-port charging sled can charge spare batteries while the system is I use and is designed to handle both COMSTAR headset and Com-Center batteries. Individual LED’s indicate each battery is fully charged when they turn from red to green. Charging takes about 4 hours.
