The Citadel Player is a digital signage media player that connects to any HDMI display. Content is managed through the Citadel cloud-based CMS — a subscription-based platform for scheduling, publishing, and monitoring screen content across one or multiple locations.
Compatible with clinics, spas, gyms, boutiques, restaurants, retail stores, corporate offices, and other business environments. Supports single-screen and multi-screen setups across one or more physical locations.
Content Management
Upload images, videos, and design files to a cloud media library. Organize content into playlists using drag-and-drop. Schedule content by day, time range, or date. Day-parting allows different content to be scheduled for morning, afternoon, and evening time slots.
Playback
Offline playback allows content to continue displaying without an active internet connection. Auto-restart functionality allows the player to recover from power interruptions without manual input.
Remote Management
Screen content can be updated remotely from any internet-connected device. Bulk update tools and tag filtering are available for managing multiple screens simultaneously. Real-time device status is accessible from the dashboard.
Integrations
Includes six built-in app integrations at no additional cost. Portrait and landscape screen orientations are supported.
