AUKEY EP-T27 Review Bluetooth Headphones
Headphones come in different designs. In-ear headphones are particularly popular. This is not surprising either, because you can use it practically anywhere. With the AUKEY EP-T27, I would like to introduce you to such in-ear headphones in more detail.
The AUKEY EP-T27 Bluetooth headphones were provided to me directly by the manufacturer for this test. So let’s take a look at the advantages and disadvantages I noticed and what they can do.
- Great value for the price
- Chip in collaboration with Qualcomm
- Remarkable call microphone
- The battery lasts a long time
- High resistance to sweat and water
- Low latency headphones
- Battery percentage only on mobile
- No volume management
If we look at the scope of delivery of the AUKEY EP-T27 headphones, then we will find everything you need there. In addition to the in-ear headphones, there is also a charging box, a USB-A to USB-C cable, a total of 3 pairs of earpieces in sizes S, M, and L, as well as operating instructions and quick-start instructions.
The charging box also functions as a storage box. It can be charged with any standard mobile phone charger or a PC (then it only takes longer).

AUKEY EP-T27 headphones in use
The use of the AUKEY EP-T27 headphones naturally begins when the device is switched on. And it’s very easy because you only have to take both earphones out of the charging case. Alternatively, you can switch it on or off by pressing and holding the touch-sensitive surfaces.
Establishing a connection with the smartphone – pairing
Establishing the Bluetooth connection between headphones and smartphone is very easy:
First, take the right earbud out of the charging case.
Next, search for nearby Bluetooth devices on your smartphone.
Select AUKEY EP-T27 L from the list of devices found. Now take the right earbud out of the charging case and confirm the connection if necessary.
It worked fine for me. Once connected, the connection will always be established later when you take the earphones out of the box.
If the connection between Bluetooth headphones and smartphones has been successfully established, nothing stands in the way of enjoying music.
Everything is controlled via the touch-sensitive surfaces on both earphones. Play or pause is selected with a short tap. It doesn’t matter whether you do this on the left or right earbud. You can skip a track by tapping twice on the right earbud.
If you tap twice on the left earbud, you switch to the previous track. So it’s all really simple.
It works similarly with answering calls or using Siri or another voice assistant.
Both the charging case and the headphones have colored LEDs to indicate the charging process. For example, a red LED means that charging is still in progress. When the charging process is complete, this is indicated by a blue LED.
Since not everyone has the same ears, there are three different earpieces for the AUKEY EP-T27 Bluetooth headphones.
Sound quality – the alpha and omega of headphones
Probably the most important criterion for headphones is the sound quality. No matter how good the quality or how cheap the price is, you can forget the headphones if the sound quality is not right. No matter which manufacturer is behind it.
Fortunately, the AUKEY EP-T27 Bluetooth headphones don’t have to hide here. The quality is good and very balanced. So ideal for all types of music and also podcasts or audiobooks.
Even when making calls, there is nothing wrong with either the microphone or the earphones.
My conclusion: AUKEY EP-T27 Bluetooth headphones
Good doesn’t always have to be expensive. AUKEY shows this again very clearly with the EP-T27 Bluetooth headphones. High-quality quality, very good sound quality, and useful features make these in-ear headphones a real competitor for Apple & Co.
The very good price/performance ratio makes these headphones very interesting. In any case, I use them almost every day. That’s why I give a buy recommendation!
